WEEE Registration

Covers full WEEE producer registration with the national authority in one EU market. Includes Stiftung EAR registration in Germany, authorised representative appointment (if required), compliance scheme contracts, and delivery of your official WEEE producer number for that country. The fee applies per country — registering in three countries costs £2,985.
Additional EPR Category
£495
If your products span multiple WEEE categories (for example, consumer electronics and lighting equipment), each additional category registration is £495 per category, per country. Most sellers with a single product type need one category only.
Battery EPR
£795
Separate battery producer registration under EU Regulation 2023/1542. Required if you sell products containing or powered by batteries. Covers registration with national battery compliance schemes, category declarations, and initial volume submissions.
LUCID Packaging
£195
German packaging registration with the LUCID Verpackungsregister and contract with an approved dual system operator. Required for all sellers shipping packaged products into Germany. Includes initial volume declaration.
Ongoing Management — £195/month per country
The monthly management fee of £195 per country covers all your EPR categories within that market with no SKU limits.
This includes ongoing compliance reporting to the national authority on your behalf, deadline tracking with automated alerts before every submission, volume report preparation and filing, multilingual correspondence with authorities, certificate renewal and management, and full dashboard access to your compliance documents.
The monthly fee applies per country. A seller registered in three countries pays £585 per month. All EPR categories within each country are covered under that country’s monthly fee at no additional charge.
Government and Scheme Fees
National authority and compliance scheme fees — including Stiftung EAR annual registration fees in Germany, dual system participation fees for packaging, and eco-contribution fees in France and other markets — are covered within your monthly management fee. There are no additional pass-through invoices on top of the published Eldris charges.
